Spreading the load
Article Abstract:
It is likely that extensive development work will begin taking place around the junction of the M4 and the M5. Work has already begun on the construction of the Cribbs Causeway Regional Shopping Centre, which will offer outlets for more than 140 retailers and will cost 200 million pounds sterling. In the commercial sector, the most significant development in the area will be ICI's 1,800 acre Western Approach development on Severnside. The first phase of the scheme will offer 2.35 million sq ft of space.
