Tax-exempt financing for religious organizations
Article Abstract:
The advantages of tax-exempt bonds as a financing mode are presented. The State of Georgia law on the giving out of the tax-exempt bonds for organizations that are funded by religious groups are reviewed. The significance of bond counsel in a tax-exempt bond deal is brought out.
