The cyclical road to recovery
Article Abstract:
The real estate industry is expected to recover from the economic slump that started in the early 1990s. The recovery process that started in 1995 will continue in 1996 as various economic indicators predict a promising future for the industry. Some of these indicators include the growth in retail industry, the popularity of industrial real estate investment trusts and the boom in the hotel occupancies.
