Value considerations in bank real estate
Article Abstract:
Due to the rise of branching by financial institutions, the appraisal of bank sites is changing. Buildings, once constructed, were thought to exist in perpetuity, but with an increasingly mobile society, financial institutions are expanding to meet consumer needs. How this has affected the appraisal process is discussed.
