The customer support centers of many European companies are moved to East European countries like Poland, the Czech Republic and Hungary, though some specialized activities are located in Western Europe. The call centers in Europe, the Middle East and Africa are expected to grow by 50% from 29000 in 2003 to 45000 in 2008.
