Yorkshire goes forward with sale

Private sector purchasers are being sought for the 1.8 million sq ft portfolio held by regional development agency Yorkshire Forward, which covers office, industrial and high-tech accommodation on 50 estates. It is thought that the agency would like to sell the 600 buildings as a single portfolio for as much as 60 million pounds sterling.
