The lamb raised by John and Sukey Jamison on Jamison Farm in Latrobe, Pennsylvania, is renowned in expensive restaurants for being among the best available. John Jamison believes that healthy outdoor living, lots of exercise, and a diet of local grasses, clover, weeds and wildflowers, keep the lambs lean and gives the meat a clean flavor.
