Article Abstract:
The team of writers for 'The Simpsons' is in a position to take liberties, according to head writer Ian Maxtone-Graham. He greatly enjoys working on this show, as there is a cooperative and relaxed atmosphere. Maxtone-Graham himself is actually not a television fan at all, and had rarely seen 'The Simpsons' before he began working on it. He admits that there are no women writers on the team at present, and justifies this by stating that the dominant characters tend to be male.

Bottled blonds
Article Abstract:
Pop group Dodgy has never really sought mainstream appeal, but this is in fact gradually developing. Its members are happy to perform at venues which would not attract most pop groups, and are willing to work hard to build up a local following. They gain a great deal of inspiration from the black community, and would like to see different ethnic groups united. They have a great deal of charm, and their main aim is simply to make people happy.
