Britons drink to Bulgarian wine chaos
Article Abstract:
The collapse of Communism affected the export of wine from Bulgaria as the state monopoly Vinimpex entered the free market. Lack of organisation means middle men have no samples and sometimes do not know the name of the wine they are selling. Mr Margarit Todorov left Vinimpex in 1992 and set upDomaine Boyar to represent four Bulgarian wineries including Suhindol. He sold over two million bottles from Jan-Mar 1993, giving him a 1/3 share in the UK.

The great InterCity breakfast is just about to depart for Europe
Article Abstract:
Food served on railways in the UK has traditionally had a very poor reputation, but this is no longer the case. Indeed, OBS Services, which runs the catering for InterCity trains, is now looking to establish a presence in Europe. In contrast, catering on French railways, which has always had a very good reputation, has now deteriorated greatly. This is generally the case throughout the whole of Europe.
