Dennis the menace
Article Abstract:
Former illustrator and actor Paul Kaye first came to public attention when he started undertaking unconventional interviews of showbusiness personalities as the showbusiness correspondent for BBC2's 'The Sunday Show' under the name of Dennis Pennis. He uses shock tactics which have rapidly made him into a cult figure, and has not hesitated to attack people such as Hugh Grant and Kevin Costner. Kaye finds live television a very unnerving experience, and the Dennis Pennis character may well be dropped by the end of 1996.

Article Abstract:
Adrian Edmondson has become well known as a comic actor, but has recently turned to writing, producing his first novel, 'The Gobbler.' This contains many extremely good comic scenes, so does not take him very far away from his work as a comic actor. He is now beginning work on a second novel, and now plans to mix both writing and acting.
