Eighth wonder of the world
Article Abstract:
The temple of Borobodur in central Java, Indonesia, is the largest Buddhist structure in the world. It contains 1.6 million blocks of stone, along with three miles of extremely high quality reliefs. It is particularly worth visiting the temple at sunrise or sunset, when the colour of the sky changes very dramatically and causes the colour of the temple itself to appear to change. The temple was begun in around 780AD, but was abandoned for around 1,000 years as other influences took hold in the 15th and 16th centuries.

When a rest is as good as a climb
Article Abstract:
Climbers who tackle Aconcagua in Argentina, the highest mountain in the world outside Asia, must be prepared to endure harsh conditions. Altitude sickness is a common problem, and climbers can also be exposed to fierce storms. However, the mountain offers relatively easy access, and should not present a serious risk for climbers who take sensible precautions. Frequent resting can help to avoid altitude sickness. The best time to climb Aconcagua is at the end of Dec.
