Family of hanged Telford man condemns policy inquiry as 'public relations exercise.'

Article Abstract:

The family of John Elliot Jr, who was found hanged in Telford, England, in May 2001, claim that the police investigation into his death is simply a public relations exercise. They feel that did not commit suicide and that there is a link between his death and those of Jason and Errol McGowan.
