Give me dull any day
Article Abstract:
With-profits bonds invest in a combination of equities, fixed interest securities and property. They generally offer better returns than an average building society account, but are not a particularly risky form of investment. They will usually grow by a modest but regular amount each year, regardless of stock market performance. Investors will generally also receive a terminal bonus when the bond is cashed in. The amount of the terminal bonus cannot really be predicted, as it is usually connected with overall returns from the investments held in the bond.
