Is she or isn't she?
Article Abstract:
Some women who move in high-class circles and have a great number of male partners do not regard themselves as prostitutes, as they associate prostitution with women who walk the streets. They prefer to regard themselves as mistresses, and some even aspire to marrying one of their clients. This attitude is a reflection of the growing trend in society for people to be allowed to delude themselves about their way of life and describe themselves in a way which is obviously misguided.

Is there anybody out there with Di?
Article Abstract:
Diana, Princess of Wales, has been criticised for consulting a psychic, yet this appears to be a harmless action, and there are no clear boundaries between the rational and irrational. Speculation on the economy and politics may not be based on fact, yet it is offered as acceptable comment in newspapers. The search for faith is important for people from many social and economic backgrounds. We appear to need Princess Diana to embody emotion, and do not wish her to be rational.
