Making the connection
Article Abstract:
The Open University Students' Association (Ousa) is a non-political organization which exists to protect its members' educational interests. Its main responsibility is to represent students to the Open University. It must consider the credibility of Open University degrees, ensuring that high academic standards are maintained, and must also look at wider educational issues. Developments within Ousa reflect the fact that the Open University is a vibrant, growing community with both young and old students.
