Screaming Lord Such
Article Abstract:
Singer and entertainer David Sutch gained an interest in the theatre at an early age. He ran a window-cleaning business after leaving school at 15, but in 1960 formed the Raving Savages and adopted the name Screaming Lord Sutch. The group's song ''Til the Following Night,' released on the HMV label, remains one of the best rock'n'roll records ever produced in the UK. He stood for the National Teenage Party in 1963, and subsequently his Monster Raving Loony Party became a feature of every election.
