Some students may need to consider participating in an intensive revision course over the Easter period in order to improve their chances of obtaining good grades in GCSE or A-level examinations. There are many private tutorial colleges in the UK offering such courses, and they are relatively inexpensive. It is important to choose a college which is accredited by the British Accreditation Council for Independent Further and Higher Education. Class sizes should be small, and courses should be specific to the syllabus being undertaken.

Corporate restructuring has greatly increased the pressures on many managers in the UK. It has become very common for managers to work longer than their official hours, and many now regard their work as a source of stress. They are aware that the situation could be improved by prioritising their work and organising their time, but this is hard when they have many very fragmented tasks to complete. For some managers, the business-focused planning and organising tools developed by Time/system International could prove useful.
