Sue them with a smile
Article Abstract:
Civil lawyer Jan Schlichtmann believes that the film 'A Civil Action,' in which he is portrayed by John Travolta as a mercenary opportunist, fails to present the human dimension of the case of eight families in Woburn, MA, who claimed that contamination of their water supply had led to health problems. Schlichtmann's firm represented these families on a contingency fee. He recognizes that he was part of the culture of being a champion for his clients, but he now wishes to change that culture. He now seeks to be non-competitive when he handles lawsuits.

Happy families
Article Abstract:
Appearing in a play with members of your own family is not necessarily easy, according to actress Isla Blair, who is currently appearing in 'Hamlet' with her husband Julian Glover and son Jamie Glover. They are a very close family, but this has not stopped them from arguing. However, they feel that their closeness will bring benefits on stage, as they do not need to be self-conscious with each other. Julian Glover is also involved in the production as director.
