The flight of the Outsiders
Article Abstract:
The Outsider Collection and Archive, put together by Monika Kinley and Victor Musgrave, has been moved to the Irish Museum of Modern Art in Dublin, Ireland, on a two-year tenure. Some observers have expressed regrets about the fact that it was necessary for the UK's only permanent public collection of Outsider art to leave the country. Concerns are also being expressed about where the collection will go when its tenure expires.
