Article Abstract:
Norman Lamont has been forecasting economic recovery since taking office as United Kingdom's Chancellor of the Exchequer. His appointment was not popular and his ability is doubted by many although he is recognised to be technically qualified for his job. He dislikes journalists and critical press coverage.
