Valuation assessments may be a taxing problem
Article Abstract:
Estate Agents are offering separate assessments for homeowners who wish to dispute their council tax band. For about 10 times the cost that agents are charging the government, other agents will inspect the interior and exterior of houses to make valuations for owners appealing against their tax band. As some government valuations may be made on written details there may be a deluge of appeals. Some owners may infact desire to raise their band to match the market price set on their house.

Now, other factors need to be taken into account. It is particularly important to assess whether a bank will look sympathetically on any future request for an overdraft.
