A New Force in High-Latitude Climate
Article Abstract:
Two meteorologist have found, they think, an atmospheric phenomenon that they dub the Arctic Oscillation, a weather system over Southern Alaska and central Europe which may control the climate in northern latitudes. The Oscillation may be responsible for a warming of the weather in northern latitudes, which throws doubt on the theory that global warming is caused by humans.

Article Abstract:
A study of millennial cycles suggests that climactic changes in high polar latitudes are caused by low-latitudes events. This is based on the finding of a cycle of about 8400 years.
