Games CD-ROMs play
Article Abstract:
CD-ROM technology is beginning to produce video games for the next generation of hardware. Such a product is 'Sewer Shark' by Sony, which runs on a Sega-CD player, which in turn can be attached to the Genesis console. This and other developing products are discussed.

Digital audio war
Article Abstract:
Two new audio formats will be vying for consumer approval in the fall of 1992. A mini-disc format provides very easy portability, while a digital compact cassette provides compatibility with analog cassettes. Details and comparisons of the two formats are discussed.
