Degradation of alpha-pinene on tenax during sample storage: effects of daylight radiation and temperature
Article Abstract:
Adsorption cartriges of Tenax TA are either placed in sunlight, wrapped in aluminum foil, or stored in a refrigerator and analyzed for the behavior of alpha-pinene degradation and products. The products of alpha-pinene storage under different conditions are charted, including the prime compounds of pinocarveol, pinocarvon, verbenon, verbonol, and myrtenal.

Mass transfer in VOC adsorption on zeolite: experimental and theoretical breakthrough curves
Article Abstract:
A fixed bed of zeolites are used to adsorb volatile organic compounds, including n-heptane, n-octane, acetone, and methyl ethylketone. Breakthrough curves are simulated and graphed according to the Linear Driving Force model.
