COBE corroborated: balloon observations support satellite data
Article Abstract:
A balloon-borne instrument found small-scale fluctuations in the cosmic background radiation that were very similar in amplitude and pattern to those found by the COBE satellite. The findings support the theory that the consistency of the universe is not homogenous.
