Evaluating innovation processes: the political dimension
Article Abstract:
Evaluation processes within innovation policy are realized with different objectives, with different spatial focus on programs, institutions instruments and concrete projects. The ways through which the methods of evaluation can be improved by adapting to experiences from other evaluations and analytical observations, are presented.

Social capital and the evaluation of innovation policies
Article Abstract:
The problems and political consequences of including the concept of social capital in the evaluation of innovation policies are discussed. So also, the political relevance of strategies to improve the availability of social capital for innovation processes is described.
