Forensic engineering: engineers investigating Missouri Reservoir breach
Article Abstract:
The details pertaining to the failure of a rock-filled dam at a reservoir atop Proffit Mountain, in southerneast Missouri, and used by Taum Sauk Hydroelectric Plant, are discussed. The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC), is currently investigation the cause of the failure.
