Golden opportunity
Article Abstract:
Colorado, termed as the City of Golden employed innovative approaches to design and construction that produced a new dam and reservoir after losing access to a significant portion of its water supply during a severe drought. The Guanella Dam and Reservoir, which is located near U.S. Highway, was built by maximizing the use of on-site materials and an approach that met the city's strict scheduling requirements.
