How Chromatin Changes Its Shape
Article Abstract:
The protein-DNA complex chromatin is affected by a variety of modifications which cause it to tighten or loosen as needed for cell function. Long DNA threads ultimately control the cell. Cell biologists found that when an acetyl group is glued to specific places on histone proteins, opening up the chromatin fiber to allow access to the genetic material.

Interhelical angles in the solution structure of the oligomerization domain of p53: correction
Article Abstract:
Nuclear magnetic resonance structures and x-ray structures of the tumor suppressor p53 give different results concerning the orientation of the AC dimer and the BD dimer. Using corrected nuclear Overhauser enhancement data eliminates this discrepancy.
