Interchange reconstruction begins in Downtown Milwaukee
Article Abstract:
The project of reconstructing the Marquette Interchange, the junction of interstates 43, 94, and 794 in downtown Milwaukee, is described. The reconstructed interchange is designed by Milwaukee Transportation Partners-a joint venture of HNTB Corporation, of Kansas City, Missouri, and CH2M Hill, of Englewood, Colorado.

Reconstruction of multilevel Manhattan artery begins
Article Abstract:
The engineering challenges of a viaduct construction in the FDR Drive in Manhattan, New Yaork is discussed. This rehabilitation structure features a standard concrete bridge deck, which is suppoted by longitudinal steel stringers, and replacing retaining walls, columns, and girders.
