Article Abstract:
Research experiments with an EP-MRSI brain scanner show that the unique induced electrical fields associated with a particular type of magnetic resonance imaging session could improve the mood of patients with bipolar disorder. Research on reducing anxiety in rats has proved successful, and human trials are expected soon.

A report reveals that the mental health problems in the Gulf Coast residents are growing with nearly 70,000 families living in temporary housing provided by Federal Emergency Management Agency and the slow recovery has bred levels of mental distress.
