Kinetics of removal of carbonyl sulfide by aqueous monoethanolamine
Article Abstract:
A wetted sphere absorber was used to study the kinetics reaction between aqueous monoethanolamine (MEA) and carbonyl sulfate over a range in amine concentrations and temperature. A zwitterion mechanism was utilized to interpret the experimental data.

Multicomponent transport of sulfate in a goethite-silica sand system at variable pH and ionic strength
Article Abstract:
This study employed various models of adsorbtion of sulfate and protons on goethite and silica in order to determine ionic strength of a goethite-silica system and the transport of sulfate at variable pH.
