Counting the environmental cost
Article Abstract:
The new BS7750 Environmental Management Systems Standard in the UK encourages the use of pollution- control measures by aluminum companies. It will effectively control the environmental impact of industrial operations. Most of the companies are in a position to obtain the eco-audit decree from the European Union. Aluminium recycling is cost effective owing to less energy requirements compared to refining aluminum from bauxite.
