Post-polio syndrome
Article Abstract:
Patients who have history of paralytic polio may eventually experience muscle weakness, excessive fatigue and pain after medication due to the degeneration of motor neurons. Studies show that patients who endured physical accidents are most vulnerable to the post-polio syndrome.
