Real-time observation of surface reactivity and mobility with scanning tunneling microscopy
Article Abstract:
The real-time observations of reactions for a number of systems, including the island growth of surface oxide on the Cu (110) are focused. It is further observed that scanning tunneling microscopy allows the direct observation of these reactions on the surface of the atomic scale.

Engineering carbene rearrangements in crystals: from molecular information to solid-state reactivity
Article Abstract:
A relatively simple approach that may help engineer reactions in crystals in a reliable manner is described using carbene rearrangements as a test. The strategies based on structural and energetic information contained at the molecular level are explored.

Palladium-Catalyzed coupling of sp2-hybridized tellurides
Article Abstract:
Vinylic tellurides are of importance due to their useful behavior as synthons and intermediates. The methods that involve the use of vinylic tellurides in palladium-catalyzed cross coupling reaction are focused.
