Geostatistical assessment and validation of uncertainty for three-dimentional dioxin data from sediments in an estuarine river
Article Abstract:
Levels of 2,3,7,8-tetrachlorodibenzo-p-dioxins in sediment samples from Passaic River, New Jersey are geostatistically modelled using three-dimensional semivariograms and indicator kriging. Statistical formulas and three-dimensional modelling graphs that show probability are accompanied by histograms that show actual sampling results.
