Influence of Porous Media, Airflow Rate, and Air Channel Spacing on Benzene NAPL Removal during Air Sparging
Article Abstract:
Study of the effects of airflow rate, air channel spacing, and porous media type on NAPL removal, using a lab-scale reactor with vertical air channels. Increased channel spacing caused the NAPL removal efficiency to decrease.

Degradation and transformation of trichloroethylene in miscible-displacement experiments through zerovalent metals
Article Abstract:
In this study, miscible-displacement experiments were held to research the fate and transport of chlorinated solvents flowing through zerovalent metals. The article is broken down into an introduction, a discussion of materials and methods used in the experiment, and a discussion of the results. Various tables and graphs accompany the article.

Removal of chemical contaminants from water to below USEPA MCL using fiber glass supported activated carbon filters
Article Abstract:
BTEX and two chemical warfare simulants, half mustard and dissopropylmethyl phosphonate, are placed in water and adsorbed into fiberglass supported activated carbon filters. Removal of the contaminants, the pressure drops of the filters, and the regeneration of the FGAC filter is graphed.
