The Himba and the dam
Article Abstract:
The Himba tribe of Namibia will be displaced and their way of life will likely change if a proposed dam is built on the Kunene River that is between the borders of Namibia and Angola. The tribe does not understand the need for the dam, as it has never seen electricity or buildings more than one story tall.
