The forgotten era of brain chips
Article Abstract:
Jose Manuel Rodriguez Delgado, a professor of physiology at Yale University has pioneered the most unnerving of technologies, the brain chip, an electronic device that can manipulate the mind by receiving signals from and transmitting them to neurons. He has a unique perspective on modern efforts to treat several disorders by stimulating specific areas of the brain.

Plenty of nothing
Article Abstract:
Scientists have monitored solar neutrinos with a chlorine compound since 1968. The GALLEX detector, using gallium, observes the massless neutrinos, but has not produced different statistics from the standard model, which estimated precise yields of neutrinos spawned by nuclear fusion in the interior of the sun.

Out of this world: tracking the origin of cosmic rays
Article Abstract:
Researchers at Japan's Kyoto Univ have made observations supporting the theory that cosmic rays are created by supernovas. The stellar explosions are theoretically capable of accelerating subatomic particles or atomic nuclei so they reach cosmic-ray energy levels.
