Starring Joe-Pye Weed

An overview is presented of the common Canadian plant Joe-Pye, which has been a familiar sight of rocky landscape for many years. The name is derived from the aboriginal legend of Joe-Pye, who used the plant for the treatment of typhus fever and the dissolution of urinary and kidney stones.
