Scientists are criticizing the refusal of Exxon Corp, Alaska, and the federal government to release data on the cleanup of the 1989 oil spill in Prince William Sound. The data is being withheld due to lawsuits pending against Exxon.

The big nada: inaction may stifle the UNCED agreements

The treaties that were signed at the Jun 1992 UNCED have not been implemented, and the funds that were pledged have not been sent. However, many observers believe that UNCED will eventually provide benefits.
