Modifiable risk factors predict functional decline among older women: A prospectively validated clinical prediction tool
Article Abstract:
This article examines the indicators which can predict a decline in both vigorous and basic activities in older women. Data show that slow gait, use of benzodiazepine, low exercise level, obesity, and depression are some of the predictors of functional decline in both vigorous and basic level of physical activities.
