Lawyers should adapt to the present advances and changes in information technologies to enhance their performance in the modern and dynamic society. Information technologies such as the Internet or cyberspace can serve as a tool for providing vital legal data and documents. Computer softwares, word processors and data bases can improve the competitiveness of a lawyer by enhancing the speed and ease of information storage and retrieval. The present changes in the society due to technological improvements will also change the traditional profession of a lawyer.

Article Abstract:
Democratic communitarianism is a sociological theory that upholds the collective rights of a community which are manifested by the government. Court administrators are required to evaluate the future implications of technology in the judicial system of the succeeding generations. The limitations of criminal justice technology based on a moral and social context should also be considered. The education of the future generation on moral values such as respect, discipline and justice cannot be entrusted to technology alone.
