Faith in Action: caregiving help for neighbors in need
Article Abstract:
Faith in Action, a project by Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, is a nationwide network of more than one thousand interfaith volunteer caregiving programs. It consists of programs which brings together volunteers of all faiths to help people having long term health conditions to maintain their independence for as long as possible.

Reaching out to caregivers through physicians
Article Abstract:
Physicians play an important role in supporting caregivers and in return they themselves get benefited in number of ways. Making the Link: Connecting Caregivers with Services through Physicians is a funded project undertaking a national public awareness campaign in combination with efforts to inform and enlist local physicians.
