Linking work experiences to facets of marital functioning
Article Abstract:
Research on the relationship between work and marital functioning shows that work stress affects marital functioning and parenting by causing depression and reduced concentration while depression mediates marital functioning and job satisfaction. A four-stage model studied how sexual satisfaction, general marital satisfaction and psychological aggression were affected by four job-related parameters, job satisfaction, job insecurity, ambiguity and role conflict.
