Loading mobile phones in a multi-option society
Article Abstract:
The telecommunication companies, faced by the problem of mobile phone saturation, have found themselves increasingly moving away from their core market of voice service provision to become anything from fashion brand to putative multimedia companies, in their efforts to counter the problem and differentiate themselves in the market place. A discussion on how a customer navigates such a 'multi-option' society, offered by the existing telecommunication market, is presented.
