Needs and outcomes in an executive development program: a matter of perspective

This article examines the processes and outcomes of an executive development program. The authors, evaluating 104 executives in a field setting, maintain personal attributes, such as motivation and self-efficacy, contributed to success, and situational factors, such as interpersonal support, also contributed to success.

Specific factors underlying reemployment self-efficacy: comparing control belief and motivational reason methods for the recently unemployed
Article Abstract:
The two methods for assessing the specific factors underlying people's reemployment self-efficacy (RSE), are compared. The first method uses control belief measures to make reemployment more easy or difficult, while the second method uses motivational reason measures to explain their overall reemployment self-efficacy.

The use of questions in organizational consulting
Article Abstract:
Organizational consultants use questions based on comprehensive classification scheme to analyze the actual questions that consultants are observed to ask, and then, they are compared with other conceptual schemes. The findings are recommended, to increase the understanding and practice of consulting.
