The development of psychological contract breach and violation: a longitudinal study
Article Abstract:
Research is presented concerning the psychological breaching of employees' contracts and the effect this has on the employees. A study of 147 managers prior to the commencement of new employment and 18 months later is discussed.

Psychological contracts and OCB: the effect of unfulfilled obligations on civic virtue behavior
Article Abstract:
Organizations recognize the crucial role of organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) in their stability. The growing realization of OCB's importance to organizations has made it the subject of several recent studies. However, research has so far failed to discuss the relationship between OCB and labor contracts. The link between unfulfilled psychological contracts and civic virtue behavior, a form of OCB, is studied.
