Joseph Agassi's themes relates to the importance of science and technology in the modern world, the interaction between science and culture and the political dimension of science in a democracy in his third volume of collected essays. Agassi's method of classification or the actual categories is a simplified summary, which is informative and heuristic and open to criticism and revision.

Rupert Read's response to the review of Kuhn Vs Popper: Struggle for the Soul Science is provided, which is explained in five parts. It is argued that Kuhnenstein provides not only a poor basis for social epistemology but Kuhnenstein's prominence itself exemplifies a poor social epistemology for philosophy.
