Article Abstract:
The right way of classifying the things in the world is often considered to be one of the goods delivered by successful science. However, one important thing wrong with this belief is a highly questionable implication of there being some uniquely best classification, as classifications are good or bad for particular purposes, and different purposes would motivate different classifications.

Article Abstract:
Generative individuation implicates self-organization and co-evolution between organisms and environments, as well as what lies in-between, in the middle of species, lineage and phyla. Additionally, a generative sense of classification implies variations stemming from the symbiotic connection or parasitic relations across bodies from distinct evolutionary kingdoms.

Article Abstract:
Various developments with regarding to genetic engineering in relation to nonlinear dynamics of evolution like endosymbiosis are discussed. It is felt that genetic engineering marks the re-emergence of a novel mode of reproduction without sexual mating or life by contagion, referred to as bacterial sex.
